How to update AI Ticket Summary to make use of gpt-4o-mini

Step 1: Go to your Installed Apps, find AI Ticket Summary  and click Edit settings.

Step 2: Perform the steps 3-9 for each of the automation rules in your app settings.

Step 3: Click Edit

Step 4: Click on the Action tab

Step 5: Click Edit on the first action

Step 6: Click on Switch to advanced config

Step 7: Scroll to the bottom to the Content section

Step 8: Find and replace gpt-3.5-turbo-16k with gpt-4o-mini

Step 9: Click Done, then click Finish.

Step 10: Click on Save to save the app settings.
